The Hub is an essential part of Venture’s Engagement Ministry, dedicated to helping guests and members feel at home in our church community. Our mission is to make it easy for everyone to find belonging and take meaningful steps on their spiritual journey. As a Hub Team Member, you'll play a vital role in connecting people to groups, classes, ministries, volunteer opportunities, and events—helping them discover where they can grow, serve, and build lasting relationships. Individual Expectations: Each applicant will...

Be a born-again Christian (John 1:12).
Live a lifestyle that is consistent with God’s Word.
Regularly attend Venture services and activities.
Support the vision, direction, and pastoral leadership of Venture.
Read and agree with Venture’s Statement of Faith.
Agree not to disclose any recipient's personal contact information obtained during volunteering or any personal disclosures unless given permission.

Team Expectations:

Arrive on time and serve at your committed shift.
Commit to this team through the end of the church fiscal year (July).
Attend team meetings (typically, 2-3 per year).
