We are a community of hikers who love the Lord and enjoy exploring the wondrous beauty He created. We meet twice a month on the weekends - once on a Saturday at 8am for a longer hike and once on a Sunday in the afternoon for a shorter hike. Hikes are typically located within a 30 minute radius of Venture Church. Join our group so you can get updates for each hike that we'll go on.
Life in The Middle (LITM) is for women in their midlife years. We meet on the second Thursday of each month in Venue 2 from 6:30-8:30pm. We sprinkle in other activities too in-between. We desire to build purposeful Christ-centered community, share life authentically, and have fun (big emphasis on the fun!) during this transitional season of life. Paceline Cycling strives to build a community of cyclists who recognize that Christ needs to set the pace for our lives. We host monthly recreational rides for both Mountain Biking and Road Biking as well as sponsor monthly outreach opportunities for serving the Bay Area Cycling Community. Each link in the chain is key to establishing the Paceline community and requires each member to be an active participant whether you’re a rider, planning a riding route, or serving the cycling community. We offer month Road and Mountain Bike Rides. We typically meet on Saturdays but sometimes meet on Sunday. Each month the dates change of the rides.
We are a Korean group of 65 and above that meet at Venture after the 11:15 Sunday service. we are primarily a Korean Speaking. We share weekly life, what and how our Lord has done, and the current sermon of the Lord’s words.
We are a Korean speaking group of 50's and 60’s plus. We meet at Room #302 of Venture just after Korean Fellowship on Sunday. We are primarily Korean speaking Life Group. We share our weekly life, what and how our Lord has done for us, and share our experience on the Sunday sermon of the week.
We are a group for families with kids ranging from toddlers to teens. We meet on the first Sunday of the month after the 10:15am Sunday Service at room 222. We will have our meeting, connect, eat food together, and study parenting materials. We will be going through Doug Field's "Intentional Parenting," Dr Tim Kimmel's "Grace Based Parenting," and Ted Tripp's "Shepherding a Child's Heart." However, we primarily use Scripture and how the Holy Spirit guides us in parenting today! "May the Lord cause you to flourish, both you and your children. May you be blessed by the Lord, the Maker of Heaven and earth." (Psalms 115:14-15 NIV)
We are a group of couples going through a marriage series on Love & Respect. My wife and I will be leading this group together and look forward to you joining us! We'll begin on July 11 /2025, and end on September 12/2025. This 10-week-long series will focus on encouraging and building up our spouses in the different ways we each need. Dating/engaged couples welcome. We will be meeting at Venture Church, room 221.
Families with Neurodiverse Teens We are a small group for families with teenage children ages 13–18 who have Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and/or ADHD. Our objective is to create a welcoming climate for teens and parents to experience fellowship at Venture Church. This group is for parents and teens with difficulties that make attending in-person church services and youth activities challenging. We also welcome adults who desire to facilitate teen social group interactions and activities during small group meetings. The group meets on Sundays at 5:30 p.m. after the last church service on the Venture Church campus. We will have planned social gatherings in the local community each month. No respite services are provided. Parents will be present with their teens for all small group meetings and events. Please contact Stacey if you are interested in joining the group.

This is a new, weekly group for men at any life stage that will meet @ Venture. on Wednesdays from 7pm-8:30pm. We’ll use the weekly time to discuss God’s Word, share life, and support each other in prayer and with accountability to become more like the men God made us to be.
We are a group of men gathering in a mid-sized group on Wednesday nights to encourage each other, study the Bible, and share a time of discussion in smaller table groups. We are a group open to anyone (single, married, at any life stage). We’d love to have you join! We will be studying an epistle from the New Testament together utilizing the NavPress "Life Change" study book.
Join us as we grow toward Christ-like manhood. We strive to listen, pray for, and encourage each other, yet hold each other accountable amid an atmosphere of transparency and vulnerability. It is about "doing life together" in community. This is a "brown bag" gathering of men where the catalyst for discussion each week can range from the Sunday sermon, topical books, or relevant issues in our lives. From time to time, we engage in ministry opportunities in the community. Our goal is to also have a joyful time together!

We are an Activity Group for Singles 35 and up. Our goal is to provide fun activities that bring people together in life and friendship. We believe that life is meant to be lived in community, and our group offers singles a way to connect and build lasting and solid connections with each other through events and fun activities. Do you have young children and want to connect with other families at Venture? Our group wants to make it easy to do both. My wife and I co-lead this group, and we have 4, 6, and 9 year old kids. Each week we typically follow the sermon notes, learn together, and spend some time connecting and praying for each other. We meet in person at our home during third service, giving people time to drive over after attending first or second service. We also put out snacks and have a large play room for the kids to play while we meet. We rotate one parent each week to supervise the kids. Looking forward to connecting with you!
We meet in person on Monday nights (6:30-8:00 pm), and our group is composed of people in all walks of life (single, married, seekers, and seasoned Christians). Our heart is to create a safe space to grow in our journey with Jesus and do life together. We use the Sunday Sermon series to launch discussions on how to apply the Word of God to our lives. Ultimately, we want to build one another up, wrestle through issues that are hard (to understand or to practice), share joys and testimonies of what God is doing in life, and pray for one another.

We are currently doing online zoom meetings each Sunday from 3:00pm-4:00pm (Except Holidays). We are meeting in person once per month and on line three times per month. We are a group of parents of special needs children. We know that God created us for community and fellowship, and we desire to provide that to those whose unique circumstances might leave them feeling isolated. The focus of the Friday night group is spiritual formation/growth. Moms' and Dads' groups meet separately, alternating Fridays to minimize childcare difficulties. We get together as a larger group with our children at the Venture Playground every other month, and when possible for other events. In Fall 2024, we launched a Thursday morning support group/hangout for moms that meets 1-2x per month as a way to reach women unable to meet on Fridays. We are a group of people who enjoy playing Golf together. We will reserve a tee time once a month on Saturdays (and more often as people desire). We hope you can join us as we enjoy nature and this great game together. we will communicate tee times/green fees usually a week beforehand to get a good headcount. We will play at courses around San Jose. See you on the course!

We are a group of Cantonese-speaking singles and couples who desire to do life together, supporting each other through prayers, sermon discussions, sharing, learning from, and encouraging each other.
We are a group of people who love the Lord and enjoy playing pickleball as a recreational activity. We usually reserve a court and play in the afternoon on the first Saturday of the month, weather permitting. Join us for the rewarding experience of playing the fastest-growing sport in the country. We have extra paddles if you do not have one. We share court fees amongst the group.
We are a group of men, mostly in our 40's and 50's. Some single, some married, most with families, all looking for spiritual growth through Christian community. Our time together generally consists of studying a book of the bible or related text, sharing, and prayer. We meet for a group dinner/social night approximately once a quarter, and serve in outreach/missions events together at various times throughout the year. We meet Tuesday evenings from 7:30 to 9:00 on the campus of Menlo Church in Mountain View which has graciously donated the use of their facilities for our lifegroup. In addition to gathering in person, we offer Zoom participation to accommodate those who live in more remote areas or frequently travel. We are always open to new members joining and look forward to having you drop in and see if our group is the right fit for you!
The vision for our Milpitas group is for people around Milpitas to be in relationship with one another so as to build up a visible presence of God's Church in the community. We'll gather over a meal together, have wonderful times of sharing/encouragement, and will discuss the weekend messages together. Our group is open to anyone who lives close(ish) to Milpitas and we'd be honored to have you join us!
