Description
We are a group of parents of special needs children. We know that God created us for community and fellowship, and we desire to provide that to those whose unique circumstances might leave them feeling isolated. The focus of the Friday night group is spiritual formation/growth. Moms' and Dads' groups meet separately, alternating Fridays to minimize childcare difficulties. We get together as a larger group with our children at the Venture Playground every other month, and when possible for other events. In Fall 2024, we launched a Thursday morning support group/hangout for moms that meets 1-2x per month as a way to reach women unable to meet on Fridays.
